What really matters.

Way back in the beginning, we thought long and hard about the kind of company we wanted to be, until one day when we realized something really important. Instead of thinking about what we wanted, maybe the more critical thing was to think about what others wanted — and what they actually needed.

Once we readjusted our thinking, our mission for the company and our vision for its future suddenly became crystal clear. All we really had to do was follow a few simple rules that we learned from our families and friends when we were kids: be honest in all you do; be fair with everyone; offer your help whenever and however you can; and always be kind.
