Meet The Team

If it’s true that teamwork makes the dream work, then Little Arkey Publishing is poised to take over the world — or at least our little corner of it.

JORDAN FOSTER
Big Man in Charge

Jordan is — let’s see how to say this as delicately as possible — competitive. Whether he’s playing euchre or negotiating on behalf of a client, he’s relentless. It’s not just the victory that he enjoys, but more the challenge of pushing himself to surpass expectations. It’s this competitive edge that consistently made him one of the top account executives at several global companies, and it’s why he’s now our Big Man in Charge.

In addition to being really good at any sport involving a ball, he’s proven his value time and again in his ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team. When he’s not fussing with his hair (though we readily admit that he does have great hair), he excels at strategic thinking, positioning himself to successfully identify and resolve potential issues and build consensus among groups of diverse internal and external stakeholders.

And he looks darn good doing it.

DIANE HOWARD
Chief Storyteller

There’s one in every crowd, and Diane is ours.

You know the type — the person who walks into a meeting with a room filled with strangers and strolls back out with fifty new friends and invitations to family dinners. She uses words like ‘raconteur’ and ‘shenanigans,’ and says ‘good grief’ when she’s flummoxed (see what we did there?). But she loves the cadence of a good story, and she has an unusual capacity to draw upon her experiences in a way that’s witty and memorable and touching.

As our Chief Storyteller, Diane challenges herself and her team to think far beyond established boundaries and set new standards of creativity and excellence. She often says that our imaginations are our passports to the world.

We believe her.

JAYME MCKAY
Director of Awesomeness

Beautifully illustrating your book translates into effectively communicating your vision for the final product, and no one is better at doing that than Jayme.

As our person in charge of all things artistic, she works in conjunction with our creative team to set our projects in motion. Her illustrations and designs are imagination at work, using color, typography, and structure to take readers on a visual journey through the worlds created by our clients. Her work is inspiring, innovative, and moving, and she’s eager to help exceed your publishing goals.

After all, she’s not our Director of Awesomeness for nothin’.

SCARLET
Director of Puplick Relations

Who’s a good girl? Scarlet’s a good girl!

She’s also our Jill-of-all-trades, which is quite a task. In addition to heading up our communications groups, she also oversees security — meaning that she alerts us whenever she sees random squirrels, people walking in the neighborhood, leaf blowers — you know, that kinda thing.

As legend has it, she was graduated from a top-tier law school, successfully passed the bark exam in three states, and is fluent in multiple animal languages. When she’s not busy working, she spends the remaining 23 hours a day sleeping, watching her sister Carly chase moles, and playing with her toys.

Oh, and occasionally she answers emails and posts to our social media accounts. Not too shabby for a four-pound Yorkie.
